Gerry McGilvray, CPA

Gerri is a Texas native, having grown up in Central Texas and later moved to East Texas and graduated from Henderson High School and Kilgore College.  She is a licensed CPA having earned her bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude from DeVry University and post-graduate courses at the University of Texas Permian Basin.

Prior to joining Henry & Peters, P.C. she was the Controller for an independent oil & gas producer for 6 years in West Texas.  Gerri has a broad range of experience assisting small to medium-sized clientele in the oil and gas industry, service industries, retail stores, real estate and more.  Gerri specializes in QuickBooks setup, training, and management as well as other Accounting Solutions processes.

Gerri and her husband Rick live in Kilgore, Texas and she enjoys church activities, decorating, music, and spending time with her family.  Gerri is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
