Darin graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1996 and joined Henry & Peters in 2001 after working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Dallas, Texas office. Darin provides services to a broad range of clientele with an emphasis on assurance and advisory services for manufacturing companies, oil and gas production and marketing companies, employee benefit plans, retail companies, and non-profit organizations. Darin’s consulting services include the development of business plans for individuals and corporations, sales and acquisitions, and the development and implementation of accounting and internal control procedures.
Darin is a member of the AICPA and TSCPA and is active or has been involved with the following organizations: Get on Board Expo, finance and admin committees for Glenwood Church of Christ, Treasurer for the Hollytree Country Club Men’s Golf Association, treasurer on the board of directors of The First Tee of Greater Tyler, and a member on the Tyler Junior College Foundation Golf Committee.Darin and his wife Connie have one son, Jackson, and a daughter, Brooklyn. Darin enjoys golf and fishing of all kinds. He is currently a member of Hollytree Country Club.
